I ordered an Axis M2036 camera together with an Axis pole mount bracket upon which to fix the camera. On receipt, I could not find two holes on the camera base to marry up with two corresponding holes on the mount bracket through which I could fix the mounting bolts. I called support and spoke to Ben who said that the mount bracket should support this camera. He would refer the issue to Axis and come back to me. He never did. Eventually I managed to fix the camera to the mount bracket using just one bolt with two further bolts holding the bottom lip of the camera in place but this is not an optimum solution.
