The shopping was very easy 😊 however the delivery with Royal Mail was very bad. Due on Wednesday, eventually successfully delivered on the Friday 😡 The coat was smaller than I expected as the advert suggests ordering one size smaller than your usual size which I didn't 🤷 but I'm dieting so 👍 🙂 Unfortunately the hat is big and not adjustable or has ties so the slightest breeze and it would be gone. These are given as constructive criticism 🤗 maybe velcro adjustable would be beneficial for the hat 🤔 I called re delivery and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely understanding and kind. I would recommend your company and clothing but suggest other form of delivery.
