**Improved text:** I recently discovered a manufacturing fault on a new purchase from New Forest Clothing – some stitches were missing. Thankfully, I was helped by an exceptional customer service representative named Liam. He managed to resolve the situation and arranged for a replacement to be sent without my knowledge. Liam’s outstanding efforts turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. He deserves huge credit for his help.
