I read the reviews in May and was a little concerned about the failures to deliver, however, as the problems appeared to be addressed and resolved, I decided to order a birthday present. I was relieved when the back issue and first issue arrived promptly. However, on the 15th of August I emailed and said we had not received the next issue. I received an email telling me that we had been sent copies in May and the next one would be in September. I emailed back pointing out that as it is a bimonthly magazine, we should have received one in July. I received another email agreeing and stating they would contact the supplier. It is now September 9th and I have heard nothing more and never received the issue. Another magazine in now due but has not yet arrived. This has turned out to be a very disappointing birthday present and the company seems to have recurrent issues with failure to deliver which are not, in my case resolved at all in 25 days.
