Absolutely shocking customer service! I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this supplier. I ordered coffee machine and was fooled by their name and also the fact that they say they would deliver within 3-5 days in their website. I had to wait for 2.5 weeks to get 1 coffee machine to be delivered. Had to email their customer service multiple times and they are unhelpful and didn't do anything to speed up the delivery and incorrectly blamed the courier service (courier service did not get the order and the delay was caused by Nextday Catering and they blamed the courier service). I will never order from this supplier!
