If I could give 0 stars I would. Useless customer service. Accounts department don't reply to emails. Joke of a business! We have returned an order we placed on the 14th of November with standard delivery which says 1-3 on the website, and it never arrived so I called up and cancelled, then funnily enough it was being dispatched the next day, and turned up 10 days later. It's now 20th of Feb, all my emails chasing a refund and refusing to accept the 25% restocking fee have been completely ignored. We sent this item back to them end of Nov, and it's now 20th of Feb and they still have our money. DO NOT spend your money here under any circumstances. Should be reported as a fraudulent company.
