Awful awful Company - avoid at all costs. Adexa scamsters posing as Nextdaycatering So I was adamant that my new commercial kitchen appliances were not from the other awful company Adexa whom I’d had previous terrible dealings with, and so found the items I needed from these guys. Price was decent, but to my horror the products that were marked to me for delivery where Adexa products. So i emailed and called to cancel. This was ignored and they still tried to deliver my items which I declined delivery. Now they are taking 25% off both items which is over £1400 for both orders for restocking even though I emailed to cancel prior to delivery. Now 3 weeks on you can’t get through to them on the phone and when you do, you get a Kim, Pamela or Kirsty and god knows who else that would speak like they have just got out of bed on the other end of the line, being super unhelpful!!! Not!! I’m still waiting for me refund and will now probably have to go legal or through my bank. Stay away from these thieves. Totally dodgy company who are obviously the same owners as Adexa. Shameful that people like this can trade and sleep at night. Get them closed down by not ordering.
