I'd give no stars if I could regarding customer service and Nicequest in general. I've been a member for over 2 years now, never experiencing issues until the last 12 months or so. About 5 survey invites, all requiring 30 minutes+ completion time which award the most Korus, consistently fail while still answering questions, preventing you from successfully completing. Despite site disclaimers, awarding full amount of Korus if encountering survey failure, don't expect to receive anything let alone a response to your "claim submission" even if providing proof. I know from personal experience after submitting a claim with the attached proof for every single failed survey, again, all having 1 thing in common of awarding the highest amount of Korus. Nicequest users are already aware of the amount of time required to earn enough Korus allowing for a decent gift redemption so when the rare occassion of earning a big chunk arises, like me, you jump at the opportunity. Not only have I not received ANY Korus for any of the failed surveys but not even a response to any of the claims filed for each failure. I received a response only this week after the threat of closing my account and bashing Nicequest but no offer of help was given, just instructions on how to close my account!!!! Need I say more???
