Terrible customer service! I ordered several items with reluctance since I haven't ordered from this website before 2020. I recently purchased two figures that were supposed to be released in October. I paid for the figures, including shipping, even though I was told the items were not going to be delayed. They wouldn't let me adjust the purchase just in case if a figure got delayed. The manufacturers website was stating the figure was going to be delayed. So once October came one figure was delayed. I was told, through previous messages, my other figure would still ship. A week into November, when I asked to ship the other figure I was told that they are going to wait for the other item to be released to ship. So now I have to wait til January/ February for my figures. If you have to order multiple items from this website i recommend you order them separately. Otherwise I recommend you purchase things from Amiami even if it's a little cheaper.
