I saw a decent amount of bad reviews for this company after buying a Doomslayer nendoroid figure from them. It certainly made me worried, but my package arrived in great condition and there are no missing parts of the figure. One small issue I had was that I ordered the item on a Wednesday and chose the 3-5 business day shipping option, but it has only arrived next week Friday. But it's no biggy really. My current experience with this company is perfectly fine and I got what I ordered in good condition, but I think many others may have a different experience than me. I would rather recommend buying items from official/well known sites or the official manufacturers of the product if you don't want to risk the possibility of getting scammed. But for me this was a 9.5/10 experience :)
