I think Nicky has been fantastic. Great at securing tenants and maintenance. Very good when there are emergencies. We’ve had a flood and she was very quick to rehouse tenants and has been immensely helpful with the repair works and access needed to the property. I will continue to use when I have more properties in Nottingham/Derby.
