Hi. Currently trying the Tropical Boost. Negatives - wish the serving directions were on the packet - with a spoon size rather than grams. Doesn't taste as 'tropical'/nice as advertising suggests, but it is not at all unpleasant (like orange metamucil is). Positives - has certainly slowed down my digestion. Prob to the point of constipation tho? Giving it more time for body to adjust. Nothing 'regular' to speak of yet... iykwim! :D
