Complete ripoff. Spent almost $500 on 2 pieces of framed art that showed up being as chinsy as a dollar store frame. Plastic instead of glass and light weight flimsy frame that must be some type of plastic, definitely not solid wood. Their no return policy is further disappointing and speaks volumes to the fact that they don't stand behind their product. Severely disappointed and will be getting my art from elsewhere. Others reviewed their frames the same, wish I had read them before purchasing. One frame eas also scratched.
