North and Finch has the most impressive customer service! One of my samples didn’t make it in my order. I sent an email first thing Monday morning, and within an hour there was a response with a very kind apology. A replacement had already been shipped by midday. The samples I received were simply stunning! The quality and texture of the paper far exceeded my expectations as well as the beautiful color options they offer. I’ve tried other companies I’ve found through Instagram advertisements, they don’t compare, and cost more. Now I need to find more walls to paper!
