The only reason I’m given this product one star just because I have never received it. Ordered it on November 27 shows delivered November 30 but still no product. Contacted novashine they said to check where I’ll get my mail and to check my neighbors not very helpful. Sad thing is I have cameras all around my house nothing was ever delivered hopefully they diid send it.
