I usually take care of my teeth, dont smoke or drink coffee, but my teeth are not considered white just the normal bright beige. Unfortunately this product did not help in making them whiter even though I kept it for at least 30 minutes each time
It seems it was made mostly for people with stained teeth, or to maintain white teeth after you do whitening.
