This is a scam!
I am literally being harassed by the carrier DHL who is asking me to pay extra $38 in customs duties and VAT.I have received 2 emails, 2 text messages, and now DHL is calling me by phone. It is unbearable.
I have already paid 125.27$ including 44.28$ for delivery Novashine sent me an order confirmation email indicating 0 taxes!
I want to cancel my order and get my money back. I wrote several mail Novashine didn't answer: This is a scam!
