It was my first purchase and my experience was great. Purchase and shipping went smoothly. I had a small problem when I received my jumper but Hannah went above and beyond to solve that very tiny detail, very proactive, responsive and really concerned by client satisfaction. I'm used to great luxury brands, and this was one of the best services I've had. High level service is not about not encountering any problems, it is more about the capacity to solve them efficiently and to satisfy the client at the end. The matter is still going on, but Hannah has addressed it perfectly until now!
