Die Qualität bei Odlo steht außer Frage. Lieferung und Teilretoure schnell und unproblematisch. Dass die Zahlung an die Schweiz geht, obwohl die Ware aus Deutschland kam, und dass deshalb bei Kreditkartenzahlung eine Gebühr für Auslandseinsatz anfällt, war nicht transparent kommuniziert.
