The product was good, but it's about 3 weeks from Germany to Italy. I ordered once at the beginning of November - 3 weeks. I had the wrong size so I had to order again. This time also took 3 weeks. The company blamed the delay on something that happened with DHL in November. During time I received other orders from Germany, via DHL, quickly. This is why they are getting a lower rating. The product is great but I won't be ordering from them again.
