Terrible customer service I had a very poor condition pair of trainers which I paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Left shoe was faded and didn't even look like the same as the right shoe..sent them back on recorded delivery as they say on they're returns page to do so as of they get lost you won't get a refund..paid £14 to send them back and didn't get refunded for no delivery costs at all...no contact number..just a email address which takes a couple of days for them to respond back to...I was given hurdle after hurdle to prove to them how much I paid for the delivery charge and then at the end of it all after 6 emails they refused to pay it and said there was no issues found with the trainers I sent back. The worst customer service ever...never will I purchase anything from offspring again..understandable why they have shut down 90% of there stores.
