Hi! I've liked my experience with Zoey so far and the biggest shout-out goes to the staff manning the phone call and email lines. These staff (I only got the name of Jhez Cabasi who has been addressing my concerns over email, but I'd also like to shout out the staff whom I've been consulting with over the phone!) have been extraordinarily patient, kind and well-informed. The website and all the brand's aesthetics were beautifully done up.
I do however have two negative takeaways, the first being that the website loads very slowly and sometimes payment and plan records / history are left unupdated for hours, which causes a lot of anxiety on the user's part. Improving the processing speed of the website would improve user experience by tonnes.
The second negative is that the doctor I had my consultation with was quite cold and unapproachable, and he offered the bare minimum of information to me and didn't make an effort to inform me about the different birth control pill options that I had. Throughout the short consult I only got information from him because I had done some prior research beforehand, but even so it was constantly plainly apparent to me that he wanted to end the consult as soon as possible. Sexual health is still a sensitive and scary field for a vast number of Singaporean women, especially those who are seeking private health services as an alternative to public health avenues for privacy reasons. It's very important for the doctors who address these women to empower them to be more comfortable with taking charge of their sexual health.
