I now know why Olive Garden has lost customers. Walking in to the restaurant the doors were all greasy and dirty. My sister used the restroom and said it was also dirty. We were seated in a booth where the table top was semi cleaned. Dishes and silverware had specks of old food on them and were greasy to the touch. Portions were smaller than usual and was kind of bland. My sister mentioned these things on her way out to the staff that was standing around. They didn't seem to care. OG was once a decent restaurant but now not at all.
