I tried to type out feedback on kiosk but unexpected short word max— frustrating got cut off. We had used the online preregistration, but it didn’t say that we only had 30 minutes to get there & we came from Molalla & we ended up taking about 32 minutes so we got a message as we were parking that they’ve given away our table. Thankfully, they did still seat us. So we arrived at 5:50 and gave drink order at 6. We did finally get breadsticks at 6:40 but they were quite dark so I did not eat those because I’ve had your breadsticks before & I know how they should be. She did not bring the ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. When I asked, she said she couldn’t fit it all on her tray as she delivered a salad to a different table. Not cool! She then took another 8 minutes to come and bring that to us at which time burnt breadsticks were cold so had to ask for more. When salad delivered, no explanation that it was for four people with refills so the other people thought they were waiting for their salad. When we made sure to tell her each person‘s preference of salad dressing, not sure why she didn’t mention shared. No offer for more. 3 massive uncut chunks/wedges of lettuce. When the food finally got there 50 min after arrival —40 min after order, my husband’s food was not delivered. he inquired—finally got it 20 minutes later after everyone else was done eating, a full hour after ordered. The pina colada had still not been delivered by that time & we had asked a couple times about that, but she said the bar was too backed up to make it. Finally, after 70 min, I went to ask manager for help in bar. Manager said he could get help but drink was just delivered before I got back—75 min after ordering. And no proper large smoothie/slushie straw so couldn’t suck up, only water straw. Had to ask for spoon. Gave 10 dollar tip on $139 almost gave zero but she was sweet, even though incompetent. And their feedback only allows 2000 words which is just downright annoying. So you have to work harder to say what you wanna say in less words when there’s a lot of things that need work. Would not return maybe try again in a few years if the reviews improve. Why would they not have more help in the bar on a very busy night there was like 25 people outside, but when we came, there was only five. They need more help all around if they expect to take care of the people that are coming here and I’m sure they would have a lot more business if they bothered to staff appropriately because a lot of people don’t want crappy service like that. And I’m sure tips are lower than they could be. We did like the donuts. This once great restaurant has gone so downhill. Very stressful disappointing birthday. A few times we have come here to eat, but left because of the long wait time expected. And believe me it’s longer than they say once you actually get seated.
