Order placed on line to collect from their shop in Chelsea. It took 3 days to confirm the order was ready and when I went to the shop they had no record of the order. A bit disappointing and not what I’d expected. Service at OB is usually excellent.
Most importantly, the collar I bought was as described. It was a good fit and looks very good.
