I found the inflexibility of delivery and pick up times difficult, I felt the sheets didn't feel luxurious - definitely not as luxurious as my own which I can send out to be laundered at roughly the same price as your subscription and the last sheets I received had concertina creases ironed into them so they looked terrible on the bed (see photo). This is the main reason as to why I cancelled.
