The trousers I ordered (and paid for) were discontinued, so I was offered an exchange for another colour. The order then took 7 weeks to arrive, with little to no communication from the team. They kept saying it would ship soon. Once it finally arrived, the fabric was a horrible and shiny and didn’t drape well. They looked a lot better on the website than in person. Needless to say I am returning and won’t be shopping with Omnes again.
