I was really excited to try the brand, I love how ethical they appear, however I messed up the sizing and had to return my order for larger sizes. Three weeks since return and I haven’t had a reply or communication and I now have to send my third email asking about my return. Very frustrating. I appreciate it could be the carriers issue but at the end of the day I’d like a resolution
