Big fan of the styles and sustainability ethos - truly beautiful clothes at decent price. However, I was unimpressed by the returns policy - it says free returns on the website, but when you actually have to return something, the fine print tells you that the cost of your return will be taken out of your refund. Not ideal, especially as the sizing is really not very consistent!
