I really love this brand but recently Ive been so disappointed with my last few orders. Initially, I bought the Riviera lipstick dress and it was a size too big. The fabric was a beautiful satiny fabric and I ordered a size below to change. The smaller size was a totally different fabric and there was no explanation as to why. Instead I kept the larger size and returned the other one. Next, my last two orders have mysteriously gone missing. Both times I waited over two- three weeks and emailed OMNES. They wouldn’t have realised in both situations until I emailed. By the time it was figured out, the sizes I needed were out of stock (I still wonder if the dresses were ever even sent if the sizes mysteriously went out of stock after I called them out…) I’ll still continue to support as the love I had for that first dress still can’t be topped however this doesn’t make you guys look great. OMNES is a lovely brand with a fantastic message but I think they need to sort it out.
