I like the goals of creating "slow tech," but it seems that the company went back on its philosophy quickly. The oneclock was marketed as an alarm clock product with no app and no connectivity. Now the website is listing that there will be an app and a music store? What's worse, the FAQ says that the "AI composer" feature -- which was a motivating factor for me -- was cut in order to enable the music purchase system. This is a clear example of after-purchae monetization making a product worse.
