I originally purchased my OneClock about two years ago. About two months ago, the alarm stopped working. Given the length of time, I was aware that the 18-month warranty had expired. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about getting my clock repaired. The Service Representative, Polly, did research my order to confirm that the warranty period was over, but that OneClock offers a repair service for $50. I agreed to this, received the shipping label, packed the clock per the instructions, and mailed the defective clock to be repaired. Polly did indicate an approximate 3-week turnaround period for repairs. After 5 weeks or so, I had not heard anything regarding the status of my clock. Polly quickly researched the issue and surmised the clock may have gotten lost in being repaired. To that end, Polly and OneClock replaced my broken OneClock with a new one. Based on my interaction with OneClock, and Polly in particular, I have a positive opinion of OneClock and would recommend them to my friends and family when and if they are looking for a new alarm clock.
