We were totally satisfied.with the
installation,tuning ,explanation ,post-
cleaning up & furniture replacement
service provided - apart from not
providing an aerial plug & cable -
there being no mention of this in the
literature & Emails sent to me pre-
appointment - Your engineers stated
they did not carry these items as part of the service- hence our ratings of 4
stars instead of 5.
