I ordered a TV via Curry’s on Oct 12 and paid £270 to have the TV installed the following week. Now on 24th Nov, after three cancellations three Fridays in a row, I am still waiting for a call for an explanation and solution - which I was expecting hours ago - and will be asking for a refund. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year with installations but there has been no interest shown in getting the job done, no accountability for the repeated and last minute cancellations, and the continuous incompetence of miscommunication from across their team. Of course, people get sick - but three Fridays in a row seems implausible. After multiple cancellations and miscommunication I would expect to be treated as a priority; and Orderworks could have sub-contracted in another engineer.
Instead of the phone call I am still waiting on, I have received an email that appointments are available next week - this is of course not possible at this stage as I have already taken three days off work for the past three cancelled appointments. I have needlessly spent far too long on their phone line trying to booking appointments, had mixed messages and various people dealing with me, none of whom seem to be talking to each other, and waiting for engineers at home with no news and now writing this review. An overall incredibly disappointing service and highly recommend not wasting any time with them.
