Bought a garden set was poor quality from the start. I tried to return but was told that the pallet wrap the chairs were delivered in was not acceptable packaging for the return. The ‘garden’ set has now been left in the garden for 4 months and gone rusty. I’ve tried again for a refund and been told it’s not been stored correctly! It’s a garden set! It stays outside! Don’t buy anything from them, you’ll be disappointed and stuck with it.
