Ordering is quick and easy. Owens' communications are good so that I knew when my order had been dispatched and when it was due for delivery. I've tried several different varieties of coffee from Owens, and finnally decided that Baya is my favourite. So I was delighted to find that it is available in 1kg bags. I do wish the 1kg bag had a reseal top to it as do the 200g and 100g, though. I'm usually the only coffee drinker in the house and it is a challenge therefore to keep ground coffee fresh without a way of expelling surplus air and sealing the packet. I would also like to know how to recycle the coffee bags. These two points are why I have given 4 instead of 5 stars for what is otherwise an excellent product.
