Die Matte ist sehr hochwertig und dämpft sehr gut beim Seilspringen. Beim Seilspringen rutscht die Matte aber auf Linoleum Boden leicht. Da ich nicht viel Plartz habe, muss ich das während des Springens berichtigen. Wenn ich mit der Matte 'mitgehe' schlage ich mit dem Seil an der hinteren Wand an und wenn ich auf der Position bleibe, schlägt das Seil irgendwann an der vorderen Mattenkante an. Aber ansonsten ein gutes Produkt.
