I recently placed two separate orders for a few different bras. Delivery was quick and the quality of the products was great as always. Unfortunately a couple of the bras from each order were not quite suitable (my search for a strapless bra continues). I contacted customer services to explain and ask if it was possible to return bras from both orders in one package as I didn't seem to be able to do this via the returns portal. Customer service were extremely helpful regarding the return and also pointed me in the direction of a local retailer who I was not aware so I may continue my search there. My returns were processed very quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend buying directly from Panache.
