Communication and delivery time was good. The website was clear and easy to navigate, although size filtering didn't always work. It would be nice if they acknowledged that some of their customers (i.e 28DD) are actually not large-busted ladies, but i was nevertheless delighted to find somewhere that stocked my size. The product I received felt good quality and the sizing was fairly accurate. However, delivery and return costs will prevent me from purchasing again, due to the high likelihood of the fit not being quite right and a return being necessary.
