As a new customer to the site I order a shirt for myself and paid the extra $22 dollars for the expedited delivery. Not only was my order not processed I received an email with no subject title requesting for a utility bill or my identification. However the money was still taken from my account. There was no link to a phone number to resolve the issue everything is done via email and the process itself seems a bit odd to say the least. I still have no shirt, no refund and No response from any representative at P&Co. Highly disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from here ever again Do Not care how nice the quality of the clothing is. Customer should come first!
