I attempted to contact them about a manufacturing issue via three different methods and never got a reply. After 6+ weeks of never hearing back it became apparent that I was stuck with the faulty items and decided to wear them. A few weeks later I got frustrated and messaged again, this time receiving a reply to explain how they'd never seen any previous messages/comments/reviews but as I had worn the items they could only of a 10% refund. They were sent a reply stating how I expected more considering they'd ignore all previous contact attempts, unsurprisingly I never heard back. Fast forward a while and feeling a little annoyed I leave a comment on an Instagram post about their service, received a fast reply asking me to send them a DM but two weeks went by and nothing again. After this I commented again on the existing thread but this time got a hasty reply to my original DM, I followed up by explaining everything that had happened, but classic this was seen/read and never answered just straight up ignored.
