Very nice website, fast delivery and the one product I've bought and own have impressive quality and I like the design. However, as a EU customer returns are a hassle due to the shipping and returns center being in the UK. P&Co needs you to do the return yourself, as in printing the shipping label and paying for shipping, and this requires more of you than for other retailers. To make a return from Sweden I had to pay ~14 € for shipping and fill in a customs form when booking and paying for the return. This isn't really P&Co's fault, but a hassle due to brexit and being a UK based company.
