I originally ordered the wrong size, I am a 32” waist and new immediately after taking them out of the packaging they were going to be a bit big round the waist so I scanned the QR code and requested an exchange, the new size came the next day, absolutely no issues at all with me returning the bigger item either. New size item arrived and such a better fit, really good quality and just in general a good overall service. If there was any niggle, I would say possibly order a smaller size as I am a 32 waist everywhere else but these were just a bit too big so maybe order a size smaller, depending on how you want the fit.
