i love love love the pants i ordered, but i am baffled by the customer service option. i need to exchange the size and am having no luck through the route provided . i cannot find a phone number to reach anyone and have exhausted all the trouble shooting options as well. can someone please help? i will happily provide a great review if only i could get a smaller size that fit. please and thank you ;)
