No doubting the goods are of great quality. But the customer service is falling off massively, I placed an sizeable order of just under £400 (with the quicker shipping costs added as needed for the weekend) and it says it should ship within 48hrs... 5 days later it's still not shipped. I tried to contact them yesterday to no avail, just sat waiting in the chat for hours to no reply, and no email like it says. Have tried again today, again I doubt I will get a reply.
