Disastrous First Experience – Avoid if You Value Your Time and Money
I cannot express how disappointed I am with P&Co. After years of considering their products, I finally placed an order on December 30th, 2024, for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Their website promised delivery within 3 to 5 business days, but as of January 8th, the tracking information showed that the package had not even been picked up by the final courier. Worse yet, they have completely ignored my email regarding this delay.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift for my girlfriend's birthday, the most important day of the year for me. P&Co not only failed to honor their promised delivery timeframe, but they also failed to provide even the most basic customer support – no responses, no updates, nothing.
If you think a brand that markets itself as premium should offer premium service, think again. This level of neglect and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Their silence is not just unprofessional, it’s insulting.
Do yourself a favor: if you’re thinking about buying from P&Co, think twice. There are plenty of brands out there that respect their customers and deliver on their promises. P&Co is not one of them.
