Parcelabc is an ABSOLUTE joke. STAY CLEAR! 1. Parcel got booked 8 days in advance. Parcelabc missed 2 collection days. I had to chase them every day. 2. On their website, they supply completely inccorrect documentation for an export parcel. They supply immegration documents and not parcel documents. 3. They insist on 50 Pound upfront payment in case there is a import duties on your parcel. But when the parcel arrives and import duties have to be paid, they request payment from the receiver? So what is the use of paying Parcelabc the 50 Pound in advance to cover this very scenario? 4. Parcelabc makes use of UPS in any case, so better to just pay a bit more and work directly with UPS. 5. Don't waste your time calling them. The telephone numbers are never operational. 6. Also don't think you will get a discount or refund. They refuse point blank, regardless of how poor their service was. STAY CLEAR!!!! 7. As you can see from my screenshot, it took 25 messages back and forth with their Helpdesk to get one parcel delivered. Poor show chaps.. poor show
