Sent parcel, which included a hand written long letter and a handicraft thing, as well as hard-to-get thing. The pick up was on time and problem-free. I specified in the order, that the receiver will not be at home on specified time, but this was not included on the label or order. I got tracking number and 2 days later the order was "delivered", but clearly not even in that country, as the delivered country code was DE, while I sent it to Netherlands. Wrote 5 emails and 3 messages - no response. What the $$$ and how one can behave like that is beyond my understanding. (If the problem will be solved, i will change my score and reflect that in review)
