victom of incompetence and Parcel ABC's lack of service
worst company ever - selected UPS through Parcel ABC , package from 600 euros value- received confirmation of pickup the next day(Friday) and the UPS shipment label direct upon payment. Someone called my contact the sender on Friday and arranged to come Monday instead of Friday. They came and picked up the package on Monday. P.ABC send me notices through the website account asking was the package picked up. I did not log in directly so noticed this the next week when looking to see status. I took contact with them and they said they have no proof UPS picked it up . I had told them my sender told me it was postponed until Monday and yes they picked it up. We are now 3 months later and they keep saying UPS needs proof of pickup for a claim. Well UPS does not give documents when they pick up packages. My shipper said someone came and picked it up on Monday and when asking further details he mentioned Post Finland came a picked it up. Parcel ABC has been lying to me for the last 3 months saying they will open up the case with UPS again and give them further info.. I have called UPS 3 times today only to be told P.ABC already received the shipping costs back because there was never a pick up , but even better yet , UPS told me Parcel ABC never even arranged with UPS the pick up from my customer , so UPS has never received a pick up order . So the only people who know the phone number and address of my shipper is P.ABC and they are the only ones who could have sent someone to my senders location to pick up the package. As UPS order has insurance I did not purchase further insurance from Parcel ABC , so they seem to wash their hands of the order saying you did not buy insurance form us and why would I , I was insured by UPS........ The error lies in the fact that Parcel ABC did not send UPS but sent Posti Finland to pick up the package ,they messed up the order and sent the wrong shipping company to pick up my parcel which they will not admit and hide behind the fact UPS is asking for proof of pickup , well the proof is that my sender said it was picked up . Now they say they will not refund my shipping costs either because I have no proof of pickup . This is how idiot these people are , I am asking for my shipping costs back from them because they tell me they did not provide the service so what does that have to do with proof of pick . Well that is how stupid they are because I am saying if you did not pick up my package then why should i pay for the shipping . They are really Liars and thieves and hide behind UPS to cover up their internal incompetencies , and do not stand behind their company , their product , their employees or their complete incompetency in picking up and order . They continue to lie and state they will follow up with UPS and never come back to me with info , only unless I ask for an update when they know that they are really not doing anything to resolve this as they know they are the ones who truly screwed up they order and lost my product with a value of 600 euros.
This company has not respect for their customers , the people who pay their bills as well as their salaries and keep them employed . Very shameful behaviour.
