I regret not reading the reviews before using this company. This company is a big Scam and should be avoided at all cost. First, they didn't come collect the shipment because they didn't schedule for collection. And when I asked for my refund said they would keep 30 euros for admin fees. I decided to continue with them ( worst mistake). Almost 3 weeks later they asked for me to sign another document because they previously sent an old one. The new document was asking for my bank details. When I asked for clarification they cancelled the shipment. Now they say it will take another month to process my refund ( hopefully I also won't have to hire a lawyer just to get my refund). And I still don't have my parcel. Please avoid
